防爆插销是由插头及插座两部分组成，外壳用铸铝合金压铸而成，插座连接于电源端，插头连接于电气设备端，插座由供连接导线用的插套组成接触部分，并带有快速切换开关。防爆插销分为防爆隔爆型插头插座和防爆无花型插销

表面经高速抛丸清理后高压静电喷塑，外壳紧凑合理，强度好，防爆性能优良，表面塑粉附着力强，具有良好的防腐能力，表面光洁，美观大方；
插销与开关制成联锁结构，只有开关断后方能拔出插头；
钢管或电缆布线均可。
