一、BXJ51防爆接线箱适用范围
1、适用于1区、2区危险场所；
2、IIA、IIB、IIC类，温度组别为T1~T6的爆炸性气体环境；
3、适用于21区、22区可燃性粉尘场所；
4、户内、户外均可。
 
二、BXJ51防爆接线箱产品特点:
1、防爆接线箱在380V以下电路中,作为各种电器设备接线,分线用.
2、材质有玻璃纤维不饱和树脂，不锈钢，铸铝合金外壳,表面喷涂,外形美观.
3、接线端子采用专用接线端子，接线方便，牢固可靠；
4、防爆接线箱采用曲路密封结构,防水防尘效果好； 
5、采用模块式结构,端子数,进出线口方向,数量不限,可满足用户各种要求；
6、钢管或电缆布线；
7、防爆接线箱符合GB3836,GB12476标准要求。
三、BXJ51防爆接线箱规格尺寸
防爆接线箱常见规格尺寸：
以下为铝合金尺寸，特殊尺寸可定做成钢板焊接或不锈钢材质。
 
隔爆型：200*200*120、230*230*120、200*300*120、300*300*150、300*400*150、400*500*200、500*600*200、600*800*250
 
增安型：135*135*90、135*200*90、135*230*100、200*200*120、230*230*120、200*300*120、300*300*150、300*400*150
BXJ51防爆接线箱的选型主要为三个条件：
1、防爆级别；
2、传感器供电电压；
3、接传感器的数量(四线、六线、八线、十线等)。
BXJ51防爆接线箱型号多样，不同的型号，虽然基本功能相同，但是它们之间的参数会存在一定的差异，下面几种型号是比较常见的几种型号：
　　1、一般的型号是BJX-10A，BJX-20A/12，BXK8050，BXM(D)系列防爆接线箱，以BJX-20/30型号为例：端子数为20个、额定电流为30A、上方进线、进线口螺纹1*G20，1个，下方出线，出线口螺纹2*G15，4个。50台可选择壁挂式和落地式等。
　　2、根据尺寸划分，防爆接线箱的型号有135X135X110mm、200X135X110mm、300X200X120mm、400X300X150mm等。

The selection of BXJ51 explosion-proof junction box is mainly based on three conditions:
1, explosion-proof level;
2, sensor power supply voltage;
3, the number of sensors (four wires, six wires, eight wires, ten wires, etc.).
BXJ51 explosion-proof junction box models are diverse, different models, although the basic function is the same, but there will be some differences between the parameters, the following models are the most common models:
