ZEVATRON manufactures soldering irons for professional continuous use. High soldering tip temperatures, an effective heat storage against excessive heat loss and rapid reheating ensure efficient work.
 
All soldering irons are supplied for 230 volts, with a 3-wire power cable and a molded Schuko plug. The insulated safety soldering irons have a 2-wire power cable and contour or Euro plug. The maximum achievable soldering tip temperatures vary. They essentially depend on the given mains voltage, the geometry and the coating of the soldering tip used as well as on the clamping length of the soldering tips in the heating head.
 
The ZEVATRON soldering irons are available in straight and angled shapes, as well as hammer-shaped ones with powers from 60W to 450W.
 
Standard soldering tips are usually available from stock in many shapes. For working with lead-free alloys, recommend “ZP” quality soldering tips.

ZEVATRON电烙铁头介绍

Zevatron permanent soldering tips are also made from pure electrolytic copper. The permanent soldering tips are protected against erosion by solder and corrosion by fluxes by a homogeneous and elastic iron coating on the tip. The rest of the soldering tip is chrome plated. The soldering fin is also pre-tinned. Thanks to this surface treatment, the permanent soldering tips have a service life that is 10 to 20 times longer, meaning the tip does not need to be reworked even after long periods of use.
