“高压低用"这种现象很浪费,就像“用不完”一样。普通螺杆机始终6-8bar频繁加卸载工作,实际也就只用了6bar,那么多出来的2bar频繁爬升会让机组多消耗14%(每爬升1公斤约多耗7%的电流)。按频繁爬升时间累计是70%,这样一台110KW的普通空压机会因70%的频繁加载多浪费60300元/年。同样如果是变频空机它始终保持6bar不变的供气,那么也就不存在这2bar的爬升损耗了。
