







HBPR-200M-30K-SI-FC 光接收器由两个反向并联的光电二极管和一个低噪声跨阻放大器组成。它旨在将两个光信号的微小差异快速转换为等效输出电压。

二、应用笔记
“绝对*大额定值”部分中提到的每个光电二极管的损伤阈值为 12 mW,适用于光电二极管的合理均匀照明。即使在光功率明显较低的情况下,光束过度聚焦也可能导致光电二极管损坏。
为了获得*佳性能,建议两个输入端的连续波 (CW) 光强度保持良好平衡。监视器输出可用于连续平衡控制。对于连续波偏移量任意变化的设置,光接收器的交流 (AC) 模式会有所帮助。使用交流 (AC) 模式可将连续波偏移量范围扩大至 850 µW (@ 850 nm),无论增益设置如何。
