以丙二酸二乙酯为原料,与自制乙醇镁反应得到乙氧镁基丙二酸二乙酯,再与氯甲酸乙酯在管式反应器中反应得到的三乙基羧酸甲基氯化镁的反应液,经过酸化、水洗、蒸干、冷冻结晶得甲烷三甲酸三乙酯,总收率达95%,GC含量达99.5%。该工艺利用管式反应,有效的避免了副反应的发生,且反应时间短、生产成本低、收率高,适合工业化大规模生产。

Using diethyl malonate as raw material, diethyl ethoxymagnesium malonate was prepared by reacting diethyl malonate with self-made magnesium ethanol, and then reacted with ethyl chloroformate in a tubular reactor to obtain triethyl carboxylic acid methyl magnesium chloride reaction solution, which was acidified, washed, evaporated and frozen crystallized, to obtain triethyl methanetriate with an overall yield of 95% and a GC content of 99.5%. The process uses tubular reaction to effectively avoid the occurrence of side reaction, and has short reaction time, low production cost and high yield, which is suitable for industrial large-scale production.
