浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了利用气相色谱仪测定乙烯(C2H4)、乙炔(C2H2)含量的方法。通过对色谱柱、柱温、流速以的优化,确定了色谱柱为Porapak N柱乙烯和乙炔分别在0.52~5089,1.06~5060μmol/mol范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.998。乙烯和乙炔的检出限(LOD,S/N=3)分别为0.14和0.25μmol/mol,平均回收率为106.6%~113.8%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)为0.56%~1.6%。,可以准确测定高浓度乙炔中痕量乙烯的含量,能满足生物固氮研究中乙炔还原法的测定需求。

By optimizing the chromatographic column, column temperature, and flow rate, it was determined that the Porapak N column had good linear relationships for ethylene and acetylene in the ranges of 0.52-5089 and 1.06-5060 μ mol/mol, respectively, with correlation coefficients greater than 0.998. The detection limits (LOD, S/N=3) for ethylene and acetylene are 0.14 and 0.25 μ mol/mol, respectively, with an average recovery rate of 106.6% to 113.8% and relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 0.56% to 1.6%., It can accurately determine the trace ethylene content in high concentration acetylene, which can meet the determination requirements of acetylene reduction method in biological nitrogen fixation research.
