13X molecular sieve is an artificially synthesized porous aluminosilicate crystal with the chemical formula Na ₂ O · Al ₂ O ∝· XSiO ₂ · (6-7) H ₂ O (SiO ₂/Al ₂ O ∝ ≈ 2.4-3), possessing a uniform pore size structure of 10 Å. Its honeycomb structure forms a sieving effect through micropores, which can selectively adsorb molecules with a diameter less than 10 Å. This product is used for deep gas drying and desulfurization in the petrochemical industry, and can remove VOCs in the environmental protection field. It is widely used for gas purification in air separation units. The preparation process includes hydrothermal synthesis and coal gangue calcination, and the finished product has a specific surface area of>900m ²/g and a benzene adsorption rate of ≥ 90%
