二甲戊乐灵(pendimethalin)又称除草通、胺硝草，其化学名称为N-(1-乙基丙基)-2,6-二硝基-3,4-二甲基苯胺，二甲戊乐灵为二硝基苯胺类除草剂，适用于玉米、大豆、棉花、蔬菜及果园中防除稗草、马唐、狗尾草等杂草。尤其在烟草田使用，不仅除杂草，而且可作为烟草抑芽剂使用，提高烟草的产量及质量，目前国内主要是作为烟草抑芽剂使用。国外使用相当广泛。该药的分析，较多采用高效液相色谱和气相色谱-质谱联用技术，有少部分采用毛细管气相色谱法。
