浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司，建立了快速测定粮食中氯化苦残留量的方法.采用无水乙醇对粮食中氯化苦提取,毛细管色谱柱分离,电子捕获检测器测定.结果显示,在浓度0.009～2.8 μg/mL范围内,线性相关系数r=0.999 66.氯化苦的添加水平在0.03 ～ 1.6 mg/kg范围内,平均回收率在96.2％ ～ 106.0％之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.8％ ～ 7.9％之间,检出限(LOD)为0.005 48mg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为0.019 mg/kg.该方法可以满足粮食中氯化苦残留量的监测检验.
