Characteristics and Applications
Main features: HayeSep A is considered a second-generation porous polymer material, which has the advantages of high inter batch consistency, minimal shrinkage rate, and monomer exudation rate. Meanwhile, it is relatively inert and exhibits hydrophobicity.
Main application: This packing material is very suitable for gas chromatography analysis.
At room temperature, it can be used to separate permanent gases, and at higher temperatures, it is suitable for separating C2 hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulfide (H ₂ S), and water.
In specific experiments, it can be used for online gas analyzer to measure carbon dioxide, or as a buffer to ensure stable supply of pollutants in waste gas biofiltration.
