Hao Hanchi (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a gas chromatography (GC-FPD) method for determining the total residual amount of dithiocarbamates in tea leaves by adopting the "Capillary Column for Determination of Dithiocarbamates in Wine." Tea leaves were reacted with a reducing acid solution in a sealed system, decomposing dithiocarbamate-containing substances and quantitatively releasing carbon disulfide. The gas above the reaction solution was then measured for carbon disulfide content using gas chromatography, with quantitative analysis performed via the external standard method
