浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司，建立了出口水果中中二硫代氨基甲酸酯残留量的自动顶空气相色谱方法。方法:将水果样品加入顶空样品瓶中,加入氯化亚锡盐酸溶液,并在80℃的条件下恒温加热,用电子捕获检测器检测产生的二硫化碳的量,外标法定量。结果:3个添加水平的平均回收率在83.9%～118.4%之间,相对标准偏差在0.84%～3.90%之间。结论:该法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,各项技术指标均满足农药残留检测的要求。

Hao Han Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established an automated headspace gas chromatography method for detecting the residue of dithiocarbamate in exported fruits. Method: Fruit samples were added to headspace sample vials, followed by the addition of hydrochloric acid stannous chloride solution. The samples were then heated at a constant temperature of 80°C, and the amount of carbon disulfide produced was detected using an electron capture detector, with quantitative analysis performed via the external standard method. Results: The average recoveries for three spiked levels ranged between 83.9% and 118.4%, while the relative standard deviations were between 0.84% and 3.90%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, sensitive, and accurate, with all technical indicators meeting the requirements for pesticide residue testing.
