主要应用领域
微填充柱并非通用型柱子,但在其擅长的领域表现出色:
永久气体和轻烃分析:这是其*经典、*具优势的应用。分析氢气、氧气、氮气、甲烷、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、乙烯、乙炔等。其高柱效和高容量可以很好地分离这些难分离物质。
需要高样品容量的快速GC分析:当样品较脏或浓度较高,毛细管柱容易过载时,可选用微填充柱。
过程分析与在线监测:由于其坚固耐用、稳定性好,适合在工业环境中长期连续运行。

Gas phase micro packed column is a high-performance specialized chromatographic column. It achieves separation efficiency close to capillary columns with ultrafine fillers, while retaining the advantages of large sample capacity and durability of packed columns. Its ultra-high operating pressure is the main challenge in use, limiting its popularity.
When choosing, if your analysis target is permanent gases, C1 to C3 light hydrocarbons, or requires high-speed, high load analysis of complex samples, and laboratory instrument conditions allow (high-pressure GC), then micro packed columns are a very powerful and even irreplaceable tool. For most conventional organic compound analysis, classical capillary columns are usually a more universal and convenient choice.
