《纯氖》是由国家石油和化工局提出、国家质量技术监督局发布的推荐性国家标准(GB/T 17873-1999),由西南化工研究设计院归口,中国标准出版社2000年2月出版。该标准依据我国氖气生产水平和使用需求制定,由西南化工研究设计院、武汉钢铁集团氧气有限责任公司共同起草,规定了纯氖的技术要求、试验方法和检验规则,适用于深冷法提取的氖气产品 。标准采用热导检测器、氧化锆检测器等方法测定氖气中微量杂质含量,检测项目包括氦、氢、氧+氩等组分 。2014年发布的新版标准(GB/T 17873-2014)将名称扩展为《纯氖和高纯氖》,增加了高纯氖的技术指标,明确其适用于电子工业填充介质、激光技术等领域 。2025年版标准(GB/T 17873-2025)进一步细分出超纯氖等级,新增99.9995%和99.9999%纯度级别,采用热导气相色谱法、氦离子化气相色谱法等检测技术,对氦气、氢气等杂质含量作出更严格限定

Pure Neon "is a recommended national standard (GB/T 17873-1999) proposed by the State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry and published by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision. It is under the jurisdiction of Southwest Chemical Research and Design Institute and was published by China Standard Press in February 2000. This standard is formulated based on the production level and usage requirements of neon gas in China. It was jointly drafted by Southwest Chemical Research and Design Institute and Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Oxygen Co., Ltd. It specifies the technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for pure neon gas and is applicable to neon gas products extracted by cryogenic method. The standard uses methods such as thermal conductivity detector and zirconia detector to determine the trace impurity content in neon gas, including helium, hydrogen, oxygen+argon and other components. The new version of the standard (GB/T 17873-2014) released in 2014 expanded its name to "Pure Neon and High Purity Neon", added technical indicators for high-purity neon, and clarified its applicability in fields such as electronic filling media and laser technology. The 2025 version of the standard (GB/T 17873-2025) further subdivides the ultra pure neon grade, adding purity grades of 99.9995% and 99.9999%, using detection techniques such as thermal conductivity gas chromatography and helium ionization gas chromatography to impose stricter limits on impurities such as helium and hydrogen
